fix for bug 280350 - "JPA2.0: NoSuchFieldException on deploy when
using parent's compound PK class as derived ID"
Changes: CMP3Policy initializePrimaryKeyFields will now use the
reference descriptor's primary key accessors if its key class is the
same as the reference key class
