I forgot to include the bug details: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=575903 This causes projects that use the very popular CMake4Eclipse extension to hit a critical error. 

I shouldn't have needed the respin, but I discovered the Check for Updates for the CPP package did not install the fix because of an out of date p2 URL.

I have already started the respin and it can be the new RC in a few hours.
