If you mean something like 
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?projectid=tools.cdt, then my 
experience has been that the tool's not *quite* complete. If you rely on 
it, expect to have holes. (For example, there's 37 CQs in IPzilla for 
EMFT, but only 30 appear on our 
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?projectid=modeling.emft page.

The tool also doesn't send your Abouts in for you... but you can use 
Jeff's tool to automate the collection.
