All, We want to inform you that the Eclipse Foundation’s Board of Directors approved revisions to the Foundation’s Antitrust Policy at its meeting last week. These changes will come into effect on August 15, 2020. The changes were motivated by a review of our Antitrust Policy in light of our announced restructuring and transition to Europe [1,2]. Our intent is that our Antitrust Policy has been vetted to be word-for-word identical as we establish Eclipse Foundation in Europe. Further announcements concerning our European transition will be coming soon. Attached are both a redline version of the modifications as well as a clean version of the Policy.
