[eclipse.org-membership-at-large] Approved modifications to the Eclipse

All, 

We want to inform you that the Eclipse Foundation’s Board of Directors approved minor revisions to the Foundation’s Intellectual Property Policy at its meeting last week.  These changes will come into effect on July 18, 2020.   

The changes were motivated by a review of our IP Policy in light of our announced restructuring and transition to Europe [1,2].  Our intent is that our IP Policy has been vetted to be word-for-word identical as we establish Eclipse Foundation in Europe.  Further announcements concerning our European transition will be coming soon. Please stay tuned.

Attached are both a redline version of the modifications as well as a clean version of the Policy.
