[eclipse.org-members-committers] Upcoming Reviews, April 6-13/2011

Greetings folks
We have two release reviews scheduled this week and one new proposal.
First up, is the eBPM 0.7.0 Release Review [1]. The eBPM (eclipse
Business Process Management) project aims to realize a complete BPM
solution for OSGi. The eBPM project provides UI and runtime support, to
allow to deploy and manage the OSGi services in a declarative way as
well as to leverage the capabilities of the OSGi declarative services.
Next up is the Jetty 7.4.0 Release Review [2]. Jetty provides an Web
server and javax.servlet container, plus support for Web Sockets, OSGi,
JMX, JNDI, JASPI, AJP and many other integrations. These components are
open source and available for commercial use and distribution.
Finally, we added the the Eclipse Process Manager (Stardust) proposal
[3] to the site today. This project--an addition to the SOA top-level
project--will provide a comprehensive Business Process Management Suite
(BPMS) which covers all phases of the Business Process Lifecycle
including modeling, simulation, execution and monitoring. Please take a
look.
I've rolled out a new look for the /projects page on eclipse.org. My
intent is to make the page more generally useful and bring better
attention to some of the important information and tools. I will
continue to evolve the page. Please feel free to send me your comments
and input (or open some bugs).
