Anne was kind enough to put down a long list of how we proceed and what the different statuses mean. This is mostly on the various status that we have for talks and who does what.

Higher up under timeline (same wiki page) you see that we finalize the program on the 4th (tomorrow) and send out accept/reject emails on the 6th….
