[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] ece 2012 ongoing tasks

hi pc-members,

Since we agreed that the Modelling Symphosium is an extended talk, I will fake one entry :-) on the proposed talks list and mark it as accepted. So that we dont forget about it.

I will also do a number of other changes (adding columns etc.) to that table. Hopefully I dont confuse anybody….

What we havnt discussed public yet is that Mike and Ralph each want a "director's choice". That means that we as the PC choose whatever we want and at the end probably close to the conference in september Mike and Ralph each have a chance to accepted a previously rejected talk and add it as a standard talk to the program. We agreed that each director's choice can only be a standard talk.

We (or better Anne and I) have to keep that in mind when we draw the line between accepted and rejected talks. I will probably add two empty entries to the proposed talks list again that we dont forget.

The goal in the next call is BTW again to resolve conflicts (where the opinions are very different) and then resort by average vote and draw a line between accepted and rejected talks. Then we have another week to help talks to get better to jump over the line or resolve hard feeling about talks that "should" be in the program.

If you sustain from voting for a talk, because its your talk or from your company, you can mark the vote with "x" or just leave the column entry empty. Dont enter a "0" :-) (0=bad talk)

Thanks for your help so far
