Hi folks,

 

Thanks for the great attendance and for doing your jobs at category leads.  I’m trying to keep the meetings quick, and in that vein, I missed one topic for today:

 

Jeff and Darin: Hackfest update – swag and advertising.  Have you guys had a chance to talk yet?  Any update?

 

Other Actions:

 

• Category Leads: Bug the folks on your recruiting plans! Two weeks left!
• Category Leads: Set a watch on your category and look for misfilings every day.  (see below)
• Category Leads: Reads Scott’s email and comment on mailing list. 
• Oisin (or designates): SOA track description and recruiting plans are VERY overdue.
• Bjorn: please post Scott's Tools track description on eclipsecon.org.
• Bjorn: Will the tutorials will have power bars? We need them.

How to set a watch on your category (do it now!!):

 

1 - Go to the Categories link.

2 - Click the Category name.

3 - Click the Mailing List link and subscribe.
