There isn't a general recommendation yet. I also think it's difficult because most code assistance offerings delegate the responsibility of copyright away to the developer using such AI code assistance.

FWIW, GitHub is very transparent here:

The TL;DR - we provide some visibility and some help (eg., filtering) but it's your responsibility to review and judge whether the risk is acceptable.

I think it would be nice to get an official statement from the IP team here.
