The best advice that we have at the moment is that when it comes to copyright
applicability to template-generated code the answer is "it depends". These
scenarios unfortunately need to be analyzed on a case-by-base basis.
The IP Advisory Committee has this topic on their to-do list, so hopefully we
can get to a better answer in the future. But that's where we're at for the
moment.
