Hi all,

Today I started a new committer vote on the wrong project which uncovered (for me at least!) that we have Eclipse TLP committers but no repositories under this project (only for subprojects). Thus I ask EF whether it's possible to mark the project as some parent/shell project so such mistakes no longer happen.

Helpdesk issue is https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/eclipse .

If I'm missing something please let me know so we clear things as much as possible.
