[eclipse-mirrors] rsync.mirrorservice.org broken?

I think there may be a problem with the UK mirror RSYNC service.  I 
think we've seen this before some time ago.

The RSYNC information I have is:

rsync rsync.mirrorservice.org::download.eclipse.org/eclipseMirror

dr-xr-xr-x           0 1969/12/31 19:00:00 eclipseMirror

rsync 
rsync.mirrorservice.org::download.eclipse.org/eclipseMirror/eclipseMirror

rsync: link_stat 
"/sites/download.eclipse.org/eclipseMirror/eclipseMirror" (in 
download.eclipse.org) failed: No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at 
main.c(1310) [receiver=2.6.8]
