With everybody's help, the CBI based platform build is progressing nicely.
It's in good shape for anyone that wants to give it a try.

have been our main focus, so we haven't merged the changes into Kepler yet.

Why did you delete the build script that I provided? :-(
Is it really necessary for everyone to build manually, having to
remember paths and options instead of looking them up in a script?
