[eclipse-dev] Generating JavaDocs

Hi All,

I am debugging org.eclipse.ide and learn how this project work.

I see there is a miss in build.xml.

anyone can help me how to build a javadocs from all of the eclipse 
source code, I think this is important, esp for the country that 
internet connection is suck.
