The following problem was found with this build: Indexes deleted on
shutdown (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=48353)
You will notice that the first Java search query (or the first hierarchy
computation) after you restart your workspace will take a long time as the
whole workspace is reindexed.

We have versionned org.eclipse.jdt.core and updated the .map file with the
fix. We're ready for a rebuild.
