[eclipse-dev] Roles and activity support updated

In the next integration build (and in HEAD) all placeholder roles and 
activities have been removed from our submitted plugins.

We have moved the new roles and acitivities that were defined as 
placeholders into a version of org.eclipse.platform on our website 
(http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-ui-home/roles/index.html) 
so that teams are free to define thier own without having to use the ones 
we defined for them.

The java editing and text editing activity are still in org.eclipse.ui as 
they are required for our commands currently. If you wish to use our roles 
support just replace the plugin.xml in your org.eclipse.platform with the 
one on the website. If anyone has defined an activity in thier plug-in 
that conflicts with ours let us know and we will remove it as it is only a 
placeholder.
