[eclipse-dev] Move to Ant 1.5.1

We figured this was worth a cross posting from platform-ant-dev.

The nightly builds have contained Ant 1.5.1 for the past week.

There have been no reports of problems so tomorrow's integration build will
contain Ant 1.5.1.

For Ant users this will mean:
      receive the benefit of the bug fixes within Ant 1.5.1
      the ability to use the -propertyfile option (see bug 25133) within
Eclipse
      the ability to use the <input> task and to specify a inputhandler if
desired (Eclipse provides a default implementation) (see bug 25134) within
Eclipse.
