[ecf-dev] Proposal: ECF 3.10.0 - commiters please respond asap

Hi Folks,
Particularly for the newly-added Remote Services Perspective [1], and
the Endpoint discovery view that the perspective includes [2], it's
probably justified to have a minor release for ECF (as opposed to only a
maintenance release). The next minor release would be ECF 3.10.0.
For a minor release, ECF must have an EF release review, and so complete
the necessary things (prepare review slides, etc).
First question: Any objections to having ECF Mars release be 3.10.0
Second question...assuming 'no' to objections: Who is available to help
(right away...i.e. this week and next week) with preparing review slides
and wiki release documentation (this will be really easy btw...mostly
creating screen shots of the new perspective and view and linking to the
bugs below and others).
Please let me know as soon as possible, and unless there are immediate
objections I will start the EF minor review machinery so that ECF Mars
can be 3.10.0
