[ecf-dev] Gerrit push url change for ECF committers

Hi ECF committers,

we have recently enabled Gerrit for ECF [1] to lower the burden for
contributors. :)

This requires all committers to change the push url from
ssh://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/ecf/org.eclipse.ecf.git to
ssh://git.eclipse.org:29418/ecf/org.eclipse.ecf.git. Otherwise your next
will be rejected.
