I think the correct hostname is ecf.eclipse.org but our ecftcp server
hasn't been up for a while I don't think or it is on sporadically. I
usually just launch my own ecftcp server for testing. You can launch
o.e.e.server.generic.app.ServerApplication as a Java application from
the o.e.e.server.generic bundle.
