It looks like Mondays are the most acceptable for the most people.  
Let's choose between

7-9am pacific or 12 (noon) pacific

I'm inclined to say 12 (noon) pacific on Mondays (also this is what we 
were doing before, so no issues WRT conf bridge, etc).

Please speak up if 12 (noon) pacific on Monday *cannot be made to work 
for you*.  I would like to try to find something that all committers can 
at least attend sometimes.
