[ecesis-dev] Ecesis Downloads

Hi folks. 

I was just checking the download stats on Ecesis and I noticed that the
downloads are hosted out of CVS. Apparently this is a bit of a no-no (and
prevents me from determining the number of downloads).

These should be moved to the downloads server where they can be replicated
across mirrors.

If you need help setting this up, let me know.
