http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/eclipse-4-tools-application-model-editor includes the wizards as well. I guess I was confused by the naming choice. Sorry for that.

I assume you have included that in the live model editor but the e4 tools (wizard, editor) are the most important tools IMHO

I believe they are, but I'm not sure.  I was referring to the 3 tools we currently add to the marketplace:
