[e4-dev] MailDemo on Eclipse 4.1

Hi,
I've just tried to update the Mail Demo to run on top of the Eclipse 4.1
SDK but it looks like the compat layer has a bug because the right stack
is not shown after launching but it shows up when opening a second message.
It looks like the problem is that the SashContainer holding the Stack
thinks it doesn't has to be rendered (see attached screenshot).
Beside that A really interesting fact in 3.x is the following:
* adding a folder in the perspective is shown even if initially empty
* adding a View and closing it removes the stack
And another scary observation is this. If you open Messages and close
them the Model-Elements as well as their Placeholders are NOT removed
see the 2nd attached screenshot - this will blow up the delta at some
point in time.
