There won't be another e4 0.11/Eclipse 4.1 build  until we declare our RC4,.

This week, there will be more builds to fix problems we believe are stop ship (severe problems and certain polish bugs).  They must be reviewed by another developer, announced on the e4-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx mailing list, *and* get approval (you can use the PMC flag) from McQ (Mike_WIlson@xxxxxxxxxx).
