Hi Stephan,

The result I got may not now be relevant, but it was the result of a new clean install of 4.1 RC1 
and attempt to install WTP from the helios P2 site as per 
http://www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseWTP/article.html (para 3).

Now that I have been advised that "JST Web UI"  has been renamed for indigo, the problem may have 
been solved as I will be installing from the indigo site.

If problem persists, I will report back to the list..
