Hello all,

You have probably heard of Eclipse preferences
project [1] that was written at Poznan University of Technology.
The initial goal of the project was
to write and contribute the code to community. The time has come, 
community feedback is required at this
point. The project is not able to live as a separate project - 
I believe that the best what can happen
is that it will be adopted by Eclipse 4 (in incubator).

That's why I am asking you to review
it and accept it.
