This is the RC3 build for 4.0.  There won't be any more builds [1].
This is the content you need to verify.
http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/drops/I20100725-1700 is the
matching e4 SDK build that contains the various tools available in e4
(ModelEditor, XWT, etc).  This is available in the main e4 update
site, http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/2010


[1] there are final builds, and final builds :-) I have at least 2
more releng builds to go, and there is one outstanding change checked
in but not included in I20100725-1756 and one blocker bug that I know
about already.  But we're at the point where code should only be
checked in if approved specifically for post-RC3 by Boris.
