[e4-dev] [releng] Builds today for RC2

I've scheduled 2 builds today.  One is at 12:00 EDT.  This build
should be ready by about 14:30 EDT.  This needs to be tested, and
anything that will interfere with our full day test pass for Monday
needs to be fixed.

The other will be at 16:00 EDT.  This is the build we'll use for the
full day, test pass on Monday, July 19th.
