Did someone delete the files or otherwise aggressively clean up?
I can get the list of files on the main drops page for this drop, but the links to the individual zips (and the update repo) are not working.
I tried win32, GTK, Cocoa...I get this

Eclipse downloads - file unavailable

The selected file is invalid, or it is no longer available for download.

This happens when the file is part of a nightly or development build. If so, please return to the project's home page and download a newer version.

To pick up this build you will probably need to delete your
workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/deltas.xml
