[e4-dev] e4 full day test day on Monday

Monday is an all day e4 test day [1].  The goals are:

1) make sure major bugs are identified

2) make sure our major usecases work

3) find missing functionality

4) generate the bugs that we will use to prioritize our RC1/RC2 work.
