[e4-dev] Willing to work on e4

Hi all,

I've been developing with Eclipse and on Eclipse at SAP for multiple years in SAP-internal projects but I haven't got a chance to contribute code to Eclipse itself yet.

My current workarea at SAP is around basic services of Eclipse Platform ("The twenty things"). I have just published one outcome as Eclipse contribution (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/e4-dev/msg02168.html).

I'm interested in becoming an e4 committer. I am not a committer on any Eclipse project yet.

As newbie, I would like to start small by concentrating on the area of Flexible Resources to support future environments (client/server, distributed, web, collaborative) and non-file-based repositories (REST, ...). But the Resources topic has connections to many other parts of Eclipse (like Content Types, Scheduling Rules, Team Support, Synchronize Support, Undo/Redo, Refactoring, Single Sign-on) so that there are many directions I can imagine to continue.

Best regards,
Eduard
