[e4-dev] 1.0 M2 approaches - Nov 20th - get your game face on

Just a reminder that 1.0 M2 is next week.  We need our New and
Noteworthy by Nov 19th (template to follow).

Tests:  Components should make sure they are including more tests with
their submissions.  The tests must be passing by the end of this week
(we shouldn't have failing tests going into the milestone week).

Commit comments:  I'm happy with the bug information being included in
the commit comments.  Just a reminder, please use the format "Bug ###
..." or "Fix for ### ..."  The URL isn't necessary and the releng
tools cannot parse it anyway.
