I'm starting up the I-builds again.  They'll be Thursday nights, 21:00
ET.  Just a few reminders:

1) http://wiki.eclipse.org/E4/Builds

2) commit comments need to include a bug number,

3) each team is responsible for releasing changes in their area.

the first pass for everybody except Resources

4) if you have made changes since 0.9, you will need to update your
bundle version numbers to 0.9.1.  You don't have to do it for
tonight's I build, but you do have to update your bundle versions for
next week's I build. Don't go any higher than this just yet, we're
trying to close on an appropriate versioning procedure.  See my next
email.

5) Everything currently compiles with and installs on Galileo.  Soon
we'll begin tracking the Helios milestones, but not just yet.
