The Toolkit Model (and tests) should be included in
the I20090507-1930
build tonight.

Like the UI it depends on EMF.  You also might need to install the
UI
feature as well, I might not have the dependency on
org.mozilla._javascript_ (and potentially javax.xml) correct.
