[dtp-pmc] Petition for inclusion of BZ 191300 - issue with DbUnit datase

Hi all...

While doing additional testing, we discovered
some weirdness with the DbUnit dataset export wizard. It wasn't properly
validating the path specified to the dataset file, which was making it
impossible to get the Finish button to enable. This has been fixed. 

John would like this in RC3 for a demo
he's doing on Friday of the DbUnit functionality. So it would be great
if we could get this one in there also.
