[dtp-pmc] Petition for inclusion of BZ 191211 in DTP 1.5 RC3

Hi all...

While doing some testing of the Generic
DDL generation functionality in DTP, one of our folks found an issue with
the Quoted identifier that is being returned by the Database Definition.
If it's not defined in the Db Definition, it's coming back as null, which
is causing issues. We have a workaround in the Generate DDL builder code
(patch associated with BZ entry) that checks for a null condition and sets
it to a double quote if that's the case.

We'd like to get this into RC3 if possible.
It's a one line fix and will only help new and current adopters using this
functionality.
