Subject	[dtp-pmc] Nomination of Jeremy Lindop as a committer for the Visual SQL Query Builder

I hereby nominate Jeremy Lindop of Sybase, Inc. to be a committer on the
DTP Visual Query Builder component. Jeremy has been collaborating with the
DTP community in general, and with Hung, Brian Payton, and Samir in
particular since just before EclipseCon to help define and prototype this
important new set of functionality in DTP. Based on code donated from IBM
via Brian Payton (and placed in the sqltools/prototype directory of CVS),
Jeremy has been working on refactoring this code to run on DTP only and
move it toward the componentization that it will need to be an extensible
framework for Visual Query tools. This morning I committed Jeremy's latest
set of changes to the prototypes folder, and added a "devnotes" directory
as a peer to "prototypes," into which I placed a dated text file with notes
about the current code set.  Based on this contribution from Jeremy and his
work thus far in the exploratory stage of the Visual SQL Query Builder, I
nominate him to be a committer on that component, so he can continue to
carry the effort forward in direct interaction with the DTP community.

In accordance with Eclipse policies, this note serves as a call for a
committer vote, which will remain open until 4EST next Friday, April 13.
