[dtp-dev] Better PostgreSQL support

Hi again,

I submitted a patch to fix bug #241557 [1], namely supporting Postgres sequences.

I'd like to know if someone could review the patch and give me some feedback. If it looks good, I'd be glad to help fix all the other issues with PostgreSQL, temporary views, SQB, offline work, etc.
