nl source folder and did not find “Birt SampleDB Derby Embedded Driver”
string.

We'll probably
have to wait until Linda gets back in the office tomorrow to answer this
question. But I'm guessing it's in the BIRT source repository somewhere. A
couple of quick searches on my part didn't find anything with that string in
our codebase.
