[dtp-dev] Bugzilla 208455 - Remove dependency on "old" EMF-SDO plugins

As outlined in the defect above, we
are going to remove our SDO dependency from the Model Base gen model and
regenerate the Model Base API.

In order to provide necessary time for consumers of the Model Base to react
to this change, we will post a patch in the upcoming week and provide close
to 3-4 weeks of review time by the community before committing the changes.
This should provide adequate time for SDO consumers to migrate their code
and adopt the underlying EMF framework directly.

Please send any concerns you may have on this mailing list and make sure
to also copy Ed Merks (cc on this email) as we will gladly provide assistance
to whoever needs it.
