[dtp-dev] 3/9 nightly build available and bug counts

The 3/9 DTP 0.7 RC0 build is now on the download site.

Bug counts:

Blocking: 0
Critical: 1 (SQL Dev -- regression for stored procedure execution that used
to work earlier this week.)
Major: 2 (Connectivity -- probably already fixed. Model Base -- really
simple, just need about.html file, but required for IP compliance).
