Hey all,

I've incorporated the filtering into the catalog loaders for generic JDBC
and Derby.  I've also fixed the filter for the default property pages so
they won't show up for all profile types (sorry Linda).  Currently, changes
to the filter settings will only be applied after reconnecting to the
server.

Still to do....
Tie some listeners together so that changes to filter settings are
reflected in the DSE (without having to reconnect).
