[dsdp-tml-dev] TmL Open Meeting cancelled for 16 September 2008

Due to several conflicts that have arisen with attendees, I'm postponing
the bi-weekly TmL Open Meeting until the next occurrence on September
30.  I will talk with the team members separately in the interim.
