[dsdp-tm-dev] New plugin: org.eclipse.tm.discovery.doc.isv

Dear All,

a new plugin has been added to hold the Service
Discovery ISV Docs: org.eclipse.tm.discovery.doc.isv

Get it most easily by reloading your team project sets:
File > Import > Team > Project Set
   www-tm-development/discovery-anonymous.psf
   www-tm-development/discovery-committer.psf

Mapfiles have been updated, and downloads have been
verified to include the new plugin.
