[dsdp-tm-dev] Please comment on [api] ISystemRegistry should be cleaned up 
Hi all,

I think there is a need to clean up the ISystemRegistry
interface and implementation. I have collected some 
requirements on

Please comment on the bug. If you don't veto within
one week, all requirements from the bug would be
implemented.
