While we await +1 from PMC on this CQ and related CQ2769, thanks very much for
contacting the developers for us.  That's a great help. 

Based on their responses, I have two more questions for Carl (well, maybe 4,
depending on his answers :-)).  Do you want me to contact him directly, or
would you prefer to carry on communicating with him?  

The questions are:

1)  Did you develop JMUnit completely on your own time, or under the direction
of your employer?
    a)  If under the direction of your employer, do you have written consent to
release your work as open source under the Apache 2.0 license?

2)  Did you and Brunno author 100% of the code between you, or have you
accepted contributions from others?
    b)  If contributions from others have been accepted, have they all been
accepted through the Sourceforge portal, or have some been accepted via email /
otherwise?
