[dsdp-pmc] Encoding Settings on DSDP Websites

Dear Project Leads,

 

through an E-Mail on Orbit-dev I got pointed to the fact that

we do not currently tell Eclipse what Character Encodings

are being used in the content we use on the Eclipse Website.

 

I fixed it for the dsdp and dsdp/tm projects, but I could not

access the MTJ, DD and NAB web sites. Please have a look

at

   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=221517

and make the corresponding changes.

 

Feel free to ask if there are any questions.

 

After setting the encodings,

  MTJ should review the /dsdp/mtj/index.php for "What's New"

  DD should review the /dsdp/dd/development/eclipse_plan3.2.php for "Technical Content"

  NAB should rejoice since he'll be able to read Japanese Contents in Eclipse Editors now
