[dsdp-pmc] Please vote on TML (Tools for Mobile Linux) initial code contribution

Hello PMC,

During the last one year, while completing the contributor paperwork, Motorola has developed the code for the initial contribution of the Tools for Mobile Linux.

We are now ready to contribute this code under the terms of the EPL as the starting point for the TmL project. All code has been developed in-house, and it does not include or use any non-EPL code.
The future ongoing development will be done in the Eclipse CVS.

We would like to request PMC approval for the initial source code contributions to the TmL project as listed below. Please cast your +1 vote by reply to the group email. Deadline for voting is Monday, December 3rd.

For reference, the individual contributions are listed below:

1. Standalone Device Emulator Framework (deprecated, but we would like to store the code in the repository for reference) The corresponding bugzilla item is https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=206666.
The IPzilla CQ is https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1852.
